He's trained divers for nearly two decades and guided dive trips all over the world to amazing underwater destinations. Joe lived in Hawaii for 13 years, during his time there he taught diving primarily on Oahu and orchestrated underwater expeditions to Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Grand Cayman, the Bahamas, and Jamaica.
